Central Florida is home to many resources for LGBT individuals and allies.  The various resources have been categorized to quickly assist you.  The categories are:  Political/Networking, Media, Social, Religious, GayDays, and Come Out With Pride (COWP).  When you click on the category it will give you additional information and take you to a site which links to the various organizations.  Also included are state and national resources available through the Internet.  Utilize these links to learn what resources are available to you as a member of the UCF community.

Political/Networking:  This link will take you to local organizations whose mission includes reaching out to those in the LGBT community and offering appropriate resources as well as organizations who sponsor networking events and community educaiton.  Also included are political organizations in Central Florida.

Media:  This category includes local media primarily covering the LGBT community.

Social:  This category is far reaching and includes local clubs, restaurants and bars.

Religious:  This link will take you to the links of accepting, inclusive churches in the Central Florida area.

Gay Days:  An Orlando traditon, Gay Days is held the second weekend in June.  This link will connect you with the official GayDays.com site and the Girls at Gay Days site.

Come Out With Pride:  Come Out With Pride is the annual Pride Parade & associated festivities held the second weekend in October of each year.  Become involved and participate as we celebrate the diversity of our campus and community.

State and National Resources: Included are many links to resources offered to the LGBT community and allies.
